Straight answers about how our services work, what each one delivers, how quickly, what it costs to get started, and what you can reasonably expect once your CV is in the market.

About CV Warehouse

What is CV Warehouse?

CV Warehouse is a career-services and employment-technology company. We prepare career documents, place CVs directly in front of employers and recruiters, optimise professional profiles, and run automated job-search campaigns for candidates across the GCC and international markets.

CV Warehouse has been operating since 2012. Every service is delivered digitally, and every deliverable is reviewed by a real consultant before it reaches you.

What services does CV Warehouse offer?

Our services fall into four groups:

We also offer free career tools, including a gratuity calculator, a typing test and cognitive practice assessments.

Our Promise: What We Control, and What We Don’t

We know what our work can achieve, and we know what it can’t. Telling you both, before you pay, is how we’d want a career service to treat us, so it’s how we treat you.

What we control
  • The quality of the documents we write for you: CV, cover letters and email campaigns
  • Whether your CV reaches the employers, CEOs, decision-makers and recruiters
  • Whether your AutoPilot campaign runs, and whether every application is logged so you can see it in your dashboard
  • The accuracy of the targeting we agree with you, whether that’s before anything is sent or at the point you place your order
  • How clearly we explain our process, our pricing and our terms
What we don’t control
  • Whether an employer decides to interview or hire you
  • Whether a recruiter responds
  • Salary offers
  • How quickly, or whether, an employer replies
  • How many other candidates are competing for the same role
  • Visa and immigration decisions
  • Changes in the wider job market
  • Changes to how LinkedIn’s own algorithm works
What we promise

No legitimate career service can guarantee that you will be hired. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us, and any company promising a guaranteed job, guaranteed interview or guaranteed offer should be treated with real caution.

What we do stand behind is the work we perform: your resume, your cover letter documents, your CV distribution and your career campaign. Some packages include their own written guarantee. Where they do, that guarantee is tied to a specific, measurable deliverable, never to whether you get hired, and the exact terms are stated on that service’s own page.

Our promise is simple: we deliver the service you purchased, professionally, transparently, and in line with the terms you were given. We cannot control an employer’s decision. We can make sure your materials and your campaign give you the strongest possible chance of being seen by the people who make that decision. It has been observed that 80% of those who took our services get a job.

No unrealistic promises. No guaranteed jobs. Just professional work, clear terms, and accountability for the parts that are actually ours to deliver.

Which Service Is Right For You

How do I know which service is right for me?

It depends on where your job search is currently stuck.

  • If your CV isn’t producing responses, start with resume writing. Every other service transmits that same document, so it’s worth getting right first.
  • If your CV is strong but nobody is seeing it, CV Distribution puts it directly in front of employers.
  • If you’re short on time and want applications going out on your behalf, AutoPilot applies for you continuously.
  • If recruiters in your field search LinkedIn for candidates, our LinkedIn services are built to make you easier to find and more credible when they do.

If you’re unsure, send us your current CV and target role. A consultant will tell you honestly which service fits, including if that means recommending less than you expected to buy.

Getting Started

How do I place an order?

Choose the service that fits your needs from the pricing list, select your package and currency, and complete checkout through Stripe. You’ll receive confirmation with instructions for the next step, normally emailing us your CV and confirming your target market and role.

How quickly can I get started?

Immediately. Setup begins as soon as you place your order online, payment is confirmed, and you’ve supplied your CV and target details, including the subject line, by email to us. Resume writing goes straight into a writer’s queue, distribution begins once your document has been reviewed, and AutoPilot campaigns start once your criteria are confirmed. You will receive login details by email from us.

This process is normally completed within 3 to 12 hours of placing your order online. Email us, or message us on WhatsApp, if you’d like the team to help you get started right away.

Do I need to create an account?

It depends on the service. Services with an ongoing dashboard, particularly AutoPilot, where you need continuous visibility of your applications, require an account. We will email you login details if you order the AutoPilot service. One-off services such as document writing can be handled entirely by email if you prefer.

You’re also welcome to register on the website yourself and set up an account if you’d simply like to browse and search jobs on your own, the same way you would on any other job board.

You don’t need to set anything up in advance to order. You can order directly from the pricing list, and we’ll guide you through account creation if the service you’ve chosen needs one.

Want to see the process before you order? The video above walks through how to place an order.

How do I submit my CV and information?

Through the upload step after checkout, on WhatsApp, or by email to info@cvwarehouseauto.com. Send your most recent CV even if you think it’s outdated, along with your target role, target market and subject line. Also let us know which service you need. The more context you give us, the more precisely we can target your search.

Can I use CV Warehouse from outside the GCC?

Yes. The service is online-first by design, so your location doesn’t affect access. We work with candidates applying into the GCC from abroad, candidates already in the region, and candidates targeting international markets entirely.

Which countries and markets do you support?

Our distribution network covers the GCC markets, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. AutoPilot searches job boards and employer career pages across a wide range of international markets, and you can target any country in the world using AutoPilot. Our writing services are produced for whichever market you’re targeting, since CV conventions differ by region.

Is CV Warehouse suitable for executives and senior professionals?

Yes, and senior candidates often benefit most, because the constraint at that level is rarely capability. It’s usually positioning and access. Executive CVs and cover letters are written to lead on scope, commercial impact and decisions owned, and distribution is targeted at decision-makers rather than general vacancy inboxes.

If you’re targeting senior roles at the higher end of the salary scale, our Inner Circle — VIP (6 months) package is built around sustained, high-touch support for that level of search. See the pricing list for details.

Can I use CV Warehouse while I am still employed?

Yes, and most of our customers are currently employed. Your materials are handled confidentially.

If there are particular organisations you need to avoid, tell us at the outset and we’ll exclude them from distribution targeting. For AutoPilot, you can block your own company directly by adding it to your exclusion list. For CV Distribution, we can block your employer from our target list too, but we’d rather be upfront about one limitation than pretend it doesn’t exist: there’s a small residual chance your CV could still reach your own network, because some HR contacts use personal email addresses that sit outside standard company domains, which is beyond what we can filter for. In practice that chance is very low, but it isn’t zero, and we’d sooner say so than offer you a guarantee we can’t fully back.

Can I earn commission for referring people to CV Warehouse?

Yes. Our Earn 25% Commission programme pays 25% commission on every referred order. You register, get a referral link, and share it with people who need career help.

It runs separately from Refer & Earn, which rewards you with free CV Warehouse services after five verified referrals instead of cash. Both programmes are explained in full on their own pages. Read both and pick whichever suits you.

Support & Communication

Do you have a physical office I can visit?

CV Warehouse operates online for job seekers because CV distribution is a digital-first service, so we don’t offer walk-in meetings for candidates to visit in person. That’s a deliberate structure, not an oversight. It lets us serve candidates across the GCC and internationally from one consistent digital operation, rather than limiting service to people near a single location.

If a call really is the better format for your situation, we’ll arrange one. See the next answer for how our support model works.

Do you offer telephone support, or can I book an in-person consultation?

Our primary channels are email and WhatsApp, and there’s a practical reason for that beyond cost.

Career work is document work. A consultant who can see your CV, your target role and your prior correspondence in one thread gives you a better answer than one working from memory on a call, and you keep a written record you can return to later.

There’s also a cost reason, and it’s better you hear it from us than guess. Maintaining a large telephone-support operation adds significant overhead, and that overhead gets built into pricing that every customer pays, whether they use the phone or not. Staying primarily digital is one of the reasons we can keep our services accessible.

Telephone consultations are generally available for corporate enquiries and account-level support. For individual job seekers, if a call would actually serve you better, we’ll set one up. Tell us what you need over email or WhatsApp and we’ll take it from there. This call costs USD 250 for a 30-minute consultation.

How can I contact CV Warehouse?

Email info@cvwarehouseauto.com, or message us on WhatsApp. Include your order reference if you already have one. It saves a round of emails establishing who you are.

How quickly will my enquiry be answered?

We aim to respond within one business day, usually sooner. Enquiries about work already in progress are prioritised. If your message needs a consultant to review a document properly, we’d rather take a few extra hours and give you a considered answer than a fast, generic one.

How do you keep pricing accessible while providing professional services?

Three things, and we’re happy to explain all of them.

First, we don’t carry the overhead of a consultancy branch network, with no physical offices to lease and staff across multiple cities.

Second, we use technology for the parts of the process that are purely mechanical, such as scanning job boards and submitting applications, so consultant time goes to the judgement work that actually needs a human: positioning, targeting and review.

Third, we serve a large enough volume across multiple markets that our fixed costs are spread widely, rather than loaded onto each individual order.

What we don’t do is cut costs by removing the human element. Documents are written by consultants, and distribution and AutoPilot matches are verified by them before anything goes out.

CV Distribution

What is CV Distribution and how does it work?

CV Distribution places your CV directly with employers and recruiters, instead of waiting for you to find advertised vacancies. You supply your CV and target parameters or ordered service, and our consultants review the document for distribution readiness. We then transmit your CV to relevant contacts within our network of 120,000 to 300,000 employers.

The point of the service is reach. A large share of hiring happens before a role is ever advertised, and distribution puts your profile in front of the people who make those decisions early.

Who receives my CV, and how many employers can it reach?

Recipients are employers, in-house recruitment teams and recruitment agencies inside our network of 120,000 to 300,000 employer contacts, according to the service order you placed.

Two things you should know upfront. Recipient databases are built from multiple sources, so some contacts will inevitably be out of date, duplicated or reassigned. Should you receive any delivery failure notification, this is normal and affects only a small part of our database. We do not copy every job application to your email. Mostly, you will receive auto-replies only, as proof that your CV has been sent.

Is my CV reviewed before distribution?

Yes. A consultant reviews it for distribution readiness before anything is sent. If we spot a problem that will cost you responses, such as missing contact details, an unclear target role, or formatting that won’t survive an applicant tracking system, we’ll tell you before anything goes out. It remains the job seeker’s responsibility to provide final documents; our resume review is a paid consultancy service.

How long does CV Distribution take, and when does it begin?

Standard delivery is completed within 2 to 7 business days. One-time payment means one-time service. Urgent delivery is completed within 48 hours.

The clock starts once payment is confirmed, your CV is with us, and your targeting is agreed. All three are needed before anything can sensibly be sent. If we’re waiting on you for a document or an answer, that waiting time is added to the estimate.

Can I choose a country, region, industry or type of employer?

If you choose UAE CV Distribution, we will distribute your CV to companies across the UAE. Note that some companies have their head offices or recruitment teams outside the UAE, so you may also receive responses or opportunities from outside the UAE.

Similarly, if you choose GCC CV Distribution or KSA CV Distribution, we will target companies across the selected region. If you want to target specific jobs more precisely and have greater control over your job search, we recommend our AutoPilot service. With AutoPilot you have more control over your job-search campaign and receive dashboard access to monitor your activity and progress.

Does CV Distribution guarantee an interview or a job?

CV Distribution is designed to increase your visibility with relevant employers. Based on our experience, around 80% of candidates who use the service begin receiving interview opportunities, and many go on to secure better-paid roles. Your results will depend on your experience, qualifications, target industry, available vacancies and employer requirements. We increase the number of opportunities for you to be noticed; employers make the final hiring decision. We believe in being transparent: distribution can significantly improve your chances, but no service can honestly guarantee a job.

Why can you not guarantee an employer response?

Because employers are independent third parties. We can put a well-prepared CV in front of the right people at the right time, which measurably improves your odds compared with applying to advertised roles alone. We cannot require anyone to read it or reply to it, and no service honestly can.

Can my CV be recalled after distribution has been completed?

Once transmission has taken place, it can’t practically be recalled. Distribution happens by electronic transmission to independent recipients. Once a message reaches a recipient’s system, it sits outside our custody and control, and no sender can retrieve it. That’s simply how digital transmission works; it isn’t a policy we chose.

For that reason, distribution is treated as performed at the point the agreed transmission has been executed. This is also why we review your document and confirm targeting with you beforehand. That’s the stage at which changes can still be made.

Can I change my CV after distribution has started?

Anything already transmitted stands as sent, but we can use an updated document for any part of the agreed distribution that hasn’t yet been executed. Send the revised file as early as possible and we’ll apply it to the remaining activity if possible.

What happens if I provide incorrect information?

Distribution is carried out on the information you supply, so an error in your contact details or targeting will carry through to what’s sent. If you spot a mistake, tell us immediately. Anything not yet transmitted can be corrected. Anything already sent can’t be retrieved, which is why we ask you to check your details at the confirmation stage.

What happens if I change my mind after ordering?

Where your order stands depends entirely on what’s already happened, and we’ll tell you plainly. If distribution hasn’t yet been executed, we can pause it, amend the targeting, or hold it while you reconsider. If the agreed transmission has already been carried out, the service has been performed and delivered, and it can’t be undone the way an unopened physical product can be returned. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll confirm exactly what stage your order has reached.

Resume & Cover Letter Writing

What is the Professional Resume Writing service, and who writes my resume?

Your resume is written by an experienced professional writer, not generated and sent. The process includes a scan and report on your existing document, a narrative interview of roughly 30 to 45 minutes to draw out what your CV is currently leaving out, and a complete rewrite built for both applicant tracking systems and the human who reads it afterwards.

Most CVs don’t fail because the candidate is weak. They fail because the document lists duties instead of demonstrating impact. Closing that gap is what the service is designed to do.

Is my resume ATS-friendly, and is it tailored to my target position?

Yes to both. Documents are structured so applicant tracking systems can parse them reliably, and written around the terminology of your target role and market. Tailoring matters: a CV aimed at a Gulf employer isn’t the same document as one aimed at a UK or North American employer, and we write for the market you’re actually targeting.

Can you write an executive-level resume, and can you write cover letters?

Yes. Executive documents are written to lead on scope, budget ownership, commercial outcomes and the decisions you were trusted with. Cover letters are available as a separate service and are customised to the specific role and employer, rather than issued as a template with the company name changed.

What information do you need from me, and how long does it take?

Your current CV, your target role and market, and anything you want emphasised or kept off the document. The narrative interview covers the rest. Turnaround depends on the package selected and is confirmed at the point of order; express turnaround is available where offered.

Can I request changes, and do you provide revisions?

Yes. Your package includes a revision round within seven days of delivery. Tell us specifically what isn’t working, for example that a role needs more weight or the summary understates your seniority, and the writer who produced the document will refine it.

What does the Satisfaction Guarantee actually mean?

It means we work with you until the delivered document meets the requirements agreed at the outset.

In practice, dissatisfaction with a written document almost always comes down to emphasis, tone or positioning, and all three are fixable by the writer who prepared it. That’s why the guarantee is built around review and refinement: it addresses the real problem, and you end up with a document you can actually use.

If you believe your document departs materially from what was agreed, contact us with specifics and it will be reviewed by the writer and a senior consultant. In practice this rarely happens, because professionals value the resumes we produce.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my resume?

Tell us what’s wrong, as specifically as you can. The document goes back to your writer for refinement within the revision period, and where a concern is more fundamental it’s escalated for senior review. How each case is resolved depends on its particular circumstances, including the stage the work has reached and what was agreed at the outset. What we won’t do is leave you holding a document you can’t use.

Can I update my resume later? What is the free update period?

Your package includes a two-year free resume update period. Careers move, and a document written today will be out of date once you finish your next project or change roles. Rather than paying again for a small change, send it back within the period and we’ll update it.

What counts as a revision, and what counts as new work?

A revision refines the document we agreed to write: sharpening the summary, rebalancing which roles carry weight, fixing tone, correcting anything we got wrong. That’s included.

What isn’t a revision is a change of brief. If you decide to target a different role, a different market or a different seniority after delivery, or you send through career history we never had, the writer is producing a different document, and that’s chargeable as new work at the current rate. We’ll tell you which side of that line your request falls on before doing anything, never after.

What happens if I miss the revision window?

Feedback needs to reach us inside the revision period stated for your order. If it doesn’t, the document can be treated as approved and the service as complete. That’s standard practice for written work, and it’s set out in Section 16 of our Terms of Service.

If life gets in the way, tell us before the window closes and we’ll work with you. What causes problems is silence for a month followed by a long list of changes.

AutoPilot Job Search

What is AutoPilot Job Search and how does it work?

AutoPilot runs your job search continuously, instead of leaving it to evenings and weekends. Our systems scan more than 30 job boards and employer career pages against the criteria you set, tailor your application to each role, and submit it. Consultants check the matches before anything is submitted.

The problem it solves is arithmetic. A serious job search needs sustained volume, and most candidates in full-time work can’t produce it. AutoPilot supplies the persistence.

How does AutoPilot find jobs, and how many platforms does it search?

It scans 30+ job boards plus employer career pages, matching vacancies against your target roles, seniority, markets and preferences. Matches are verified before applications are submitted, so you’re not applying to roles that were never appropriate for you.

Does AutoPilot apply for jobs automatically, and can I see the applications?

Yes to both. Applications are submitted on your behalf, and every one is logged with the recipient, the method and the exact timestamp, visible in your dashboard in real time. You can see which companies received your CV, what was applied to, and when. There are no black boxes: if we say an application was sent, you can see the record of it.

What does the transparency dashboard show?

You will have login details to see your dashboard. It shows live campaign status, applications submitted, the roles and organisations they went to, timestamps for each send, and your current targeting. It exists because “trust us, we’re applying” isn’t an acceptable standard when you’re paying for activity you can’t otherwise observe.

Can I run multiple campaigns, target different countries, or change my preferences?

Yes. You can target different markets and roles, and adjust preferences as your search develops. If two weeks of data show your criteria are too narrow for the current market, widening them is usually the right move, and your consultant will tell you so.

Can I pause or modify my campaign?

Yes. Campaigns can be paused or adjusted, which matters if you accept an offer, take leave, or want to change direction. Tell us and we’ll action it.

What happens if there are not enough suitable jobs?

We’ll tell you straight. If your criteria are producing too few genuine matches, the truth is that the market is thin for that combination of role, level and location. The options are to widen the target, adjust the positioning of your CV, or wait for the hiring cycle. Fewer well-matched applications beat a padded total full of roles you’d turn down anyway.

What happens if an employer does not respond?

Non-response is normal in every job market and isn’t, by itself, evidence that anything went wrong. Employers receive high application volumes, and many never reply. What we can show you is that your application was submitted, to whom, and when. What happens next is the employer’s decision.

Does AutoPilot guarantee interviews, employment, a salary or visa sponsorship?

No. AutoPilot guarantees that your campaign runs and that you can see all of it: the scanning, the tailoring, the submissions, and a timestamped log of every send.

Interviews, offers and salaries are decided by employers. Sponsorship is decided by immigration authorities on top of that. No provider controls either.

What is the difference between Lite and higher packages?

Lite starts from AED 250 per month and covers AI job scanning across 30+ boards, with unlimited auto-applications and real-time transparency. It suits candidates who mainly need volume and consistency. Higher tiers add more consultant involvement and supporting services. Current inclusions and pricing for each tier are shown in the pricing list.

When does my service begin, and what happens after payment?

After payment we will send you login details and a video explaining the process. You complete setup, upload your CV, and confirm your target roles, markets and preferences. The campaign begins once that’s done, since applications can’t sensibly be sent before we know what you’re targeting. Dashboard access is available from that point.

What happens if I do not complete my setup?

Your campaign can’t start until we have your CV and criteria, so the service sits waiting. We’ll follow up with you, more than once. If something is holding you up, tell us and a consultant will walk you through it.

Orders left unanswered for a long stretch may eventually be treated as dormant and closed under Section 17 of our Terms of Service, so it’s worth replying even if the answer is that you need more time.

LinkedIn Services

What is the LinkedIn Go Viral / Authority Builder service?

It builds your professional visibility and authority on LinkedIn through profile positioning, content and sustained engagement, so you appear in front of the right audience instead of posting into silence. It suits people who want recruiters coming to them for a change. Full details are on the service page.

What is the Recruiter Magnet LinkedIn System?

It’s focused specifically on being found by recruiters, optimising your profile for the searches recruiters actually run, so you appear in their results for the roles you want. You can scan your profile for free on the service page to see how it currently reads to a recruiter.

What does LinkedIn optimisation include, and do you create content?

Optimisation covers headline and summary positioning, keyword placement for recruiter search, experience presentation and overall profile strength. Content and engagement services are included in the relevant packages, aimed at steady professional visibility, not posting for the sake of it.

What guarantees apply to LinkedIn services?

Certain LinkedIn packages carry specific written guarantees tied to measurable outcomes, such as guaranteed weekly engagement levels or recruiter visibility. Where the agreed result isn’t achieved, the remedy stated for that package applies on its own terms.

The scope matters: those guarantees relate to the visibility and engagement metrics defined in the package. They are not, and cannot be, guarantees of employment, interviews or recruiter contact, because those depend on decisions made by other people. The exact terms applicable to your package are set out on the relevant service page and in your order.

Does LinkedIn optimisation guarantee a job, or guarantee recruiter contact?

If recruiters can’t find and understand your profile, they can’t consider you for anything. Optimisation makes sure you’re ready when the right opportunity shows up.

We also don’t control LinkedIn itself. Its algorithms, features and policies are set by the platform and change without notice, which can affect reach independently of the work we’ve done.

Packages & Bundles

What is included in each package, and can I buy services separately?

Inclusions are listed on each service page and confirmed at checkout. Every service can be purchased individually. Bundles exist because the services compound: a strong CV improves both distribution and AutoPilot results, since both transmit that same document. Bundles usually come with a discount.

Can I upgrade my package or use services at different times?

Yes. You can upgrade, and you don’t have to use everything at once. Many customers start with the document, then distribute, then run AutoPilot. Tell us your intended sequence and we’ll schedule accordingly.

What happens to bonus resources included in a package?

Bonus materials such as interview preparation, career guidance or training resources are released with the package they belong to and remain available on the terms stated at purchase. They supplement the core service; they don’t replace it.

Can I transfer my package to another person?

No. Services are personal to the customer. Documents are written from your career history, and distribution and campaigns run on your profile, so the work isn’t transferable to someone else.

What happens if I purchase the wrong package?

Contact us immediately. If work hasn’t commenced, we can normally redirect you to the correct service and settle any difference. If delivery has begun, we’ll explain exactly what’s been performed and what the sensible route forward is. Bundled orders are assessed by reference to which component services have started or been completed, since they don’t all reach the same stage at the same time.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept, and is online payment secure?

Payments are handled by established third-party payment processors over an encrypted connection. Complete card details are processed by the payment provider under its own security standards and are never stored by CV Warehouse.

Which currencies can I use?

Prices can be displayed and paid in a range of currencies, including AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, USD, GBP, EUR and CAD. Use the currency selector to see prices in yours. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or cross-border charges, which sit outside our control.

When is my payment processed, and when does my service start?

Payment is processed at checkout. Your service starts once payment is confirmed and you’ve supplied the information the service requires. For most services, that means your CV and target details.

What if I accidentally pay twice, or see a charge I do not recognise?

Contact us at info@cvwarehouseauto.com with the transaction date, amount and reference. Duplicate payments for the same order are verified against our records and corrected. If a charge truly doesn’t ring a bell, tell us. It’s almost always faster to resolve directly, and a chargeback raised without contacting us first can suspend work already in progress on your order.

Your Documents & Data

How are my CV and personal information handled?

Your CV and the details you send us are used to deliver the service you bought, and nothing else. Consultants working on your order can see them; the wider company doesn’t need to, and doesn’t.

Card details never reach us at all. Payments run through an established third-party processor over an encrypted connection, and complete card numbers are held by that provider under its own security standards. The full account of what we collect, why, and how long we keep it is in our Privacy Policy.

Who sees my CV when I buy CV Distribution?

Employers, in-house recruitment teams and recruitment agencies inside the targeting you agreed with us. Nobody outside it.

One thing to understand before you order: once your CV reaches those recipients, they hold it as independent controllers of that data. What they do with it afterwards, how long they keep it, and who inside their organisation reads it is governed by their own policies and their own laws, not ours. This is set out in Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

Can I ask you to delete my CV, my account and my data?

Yes. Email us and, once we’ve verified the request, we’ll delete the information concerned.

Two limits worth flagging upfront. Some records have to stay for a period regardless, where law, tax and accounting rules, or an unresolved dispute require it. And deletion can’t reach anything already sent, on your instructions, to an employer or recruiter. That copy belongs to the recipient, so a deletion request for it has to go to them directly. Section 25 of the Privacy Policy sets this out in full.

Does CV Warehouse use AI, and does it make decisions about me?

Most work is done by our human experts. We also use AI-assisted tools for the mechanical parts: scanning job boards, matching vacancies to your criteria, analysing CVs and profiles, and scoring assessments. It saves consultant time for the work that actually needs judgement.

What those tools produce are suggestions, drafts and scores. They’re probabilistic, they’re sometimes wrong, and they don’t decide anything about your career. Hiring sits with employers. Where a service calls for it, a consultant reviews the output before it goes anywhere. If the law where you live gives you a right to human review of automated processing, ask us and you’ll get it.

How long do you keep my information?

For as long as the purpose we collected it for still applies, and then for any further period that legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or fraud-prevention requirements impose. After that, it’s deleted, de-identified or aggregated so it can no longer be traced back to you.

There’s no single number that covers everything, because a transaction record and a draft CV aren’t kept for the same reasons. The criteria we apply are listed in Section 14 of the Privacy Policy.

Results & Expectations

Does CV Warehouse guarantee a job, interviews, employer responses, a salary or visa sponsorship?

Here’s the honest version. Interviews, hires and salary come down to employers. Who gets contacted comes down to recruiters. Sponsorship comes down to immigration authorities. CV Warehouse doesn’t control any of that, and we’d rather tell you before you sign up than let you find out later. Any service that promises otherwise is making a promise it can’t keep.

Even so, 80% of our clients secure high-paying jobs after taking our service.

Why can you not guarantee hiring results?

Because we’re one input into someone else’s decision. We can make sure your experience is presented at its strongest, that your CV reaches the right people, that your applications go out consistently, and that recruiters can find you. Whether a specific employer hires you also depends on their budget, timing, internal candidates, and other applicants and requirements you may never see.

What we can tell you is that candidates lose opportunities for reasons that are fixable: documents that fail applicant tracking systems, profiles that never surface in recruiter searches, and applications that stop after a few weeks. Those are the things a professional service changes.

What factors are outside CV Warehouse’s control?
  • Employer and recruiter decisions, including whether they respond at all.
  • Market conditions, hiring freezes and seasonal cycles in your sector.
  • Competition from other candidates for the same role.
  • Third-party platform behaviour, including LinkedIn algorithms and job-board availability.
  • Immigration, visa and work-authorisation decisions.
  • The accuracy of the information you supply to us.
What should I reasonably expect after purchasing a service?

Expect the work you paid for, performed professionally and evidenced: a document written to a standard you can use, distribution carried out to the audience you agreed, or an AutoPilot campaign running with every application logged. Expect an improvement in your positioning and in the volume and quality of opportunities you reach.

What it can do is put your CV directly in front of thousands of recruiters’ inboxes instead of one job board at a time. That’s the real edge: more eyes, faster, without you sending a hundred applications yourself.

How does CV Warehouse protect the quality of its services?

Documents are written by professional writers and reviewed before delivery. Distribution targeting is agreed with the customer, and CVs are checked for distribution readiness first. AutoPilot matches are checked by a consultant before submission, and every application is logged so you can audit the work yourself.

What information should I provide to get the best result?

Your most recent CV, even if you think it’s poor; your genuine target role and market, rather than an aspirational one you wouldn’t actually accept; your salary expectations; any organisations to exclude; and your work-authorisation position for the markets you’re targeting. Candidates who provide this get noticeably better targeting than those who provide a CV alone.

Refunds & Cancellations

Can I get a refund?

Sometimes. It depends on which service you bought and how far it has progressed. There’s no single answer that covers every service, and any provider telling you otherwise is flattening something that simply isn’t flat.

As a general shape: work that hasn’t started is treated differently from work that’s partly performed, and both are treated differently from work that’s completed or already transmitted to third parties. Writing services are built around revision rather than reversal. Distribution and transmission services are performed at the moment the send happens and can’t be pulled back afterwards.

The binding rules sit in Section 15 and Schedule G of our Terms of Service. This page explains them in plain language; where the two differ, the Terms apply.

Can I cancel before any work has started?

Tell us as early as you can. If a consultant hasn’t yet begun writing, and nothing has been transmitted on your behalf, there’s far more room to sort it out, whether that means cancelling, pausing, or moving your order onto a service that suits you better.

The variable isn’t how long ago you ordered, it’s how much has already been performed. An order placed yesterday on which distribution has already run sits in a different position from one placed last week that’s still queued.

Why can CV Distribution not be refunded once it has been sent?

Because the thing you paid for has already happened. Distribution is a transmission service: the value is in your CV reaching employers and recruiters, and once it’s been sent it sits with independent third parties outside our custody and control. There’s no mechanism to recall it, and no version of events in which those recipients un-receive it.

That’s also why we review your CV and agree the service with you before anything moves. Up to that point everything is still changeable. After it, the send has happened.

What if I am not happy with my resume or cover letter?

Tell us. Writing services are built around revision, because a document that misses usually just needs correcting. The writer may have misread an emphasis, weighted the wrong role, or pitched it at the wrong market.

Resume orders include a revision round within 7 days of delivery, and resume clients also hold the 2-Year Free Resume Update Guarantee for later changes. Tell us specifically what’s wrong: which sections, which roles, what you expected instead. Specific feedback produces a corrected draft; general dissatisfaction produces guesswork.

Is there a money-back guarantee if I do not get a job?

Refunds aren’t tied to whether you get hired. That decision sits with the employer, on criteria we don’t set and can’t see, so promising a guarantee over someone else’s hiring call would mean guaranteeing something outside our control. We won’t sell that.

What we do guarantee is our own work: a CV built to get noticed, sent straight to the recruiters who actually hire for your field, and put in front of them fast. That part is entirely on us, and that’s what you’re paying for.

Which services carry their own guarantee?

Some do, and their scope is deliberately limited to what the service itself controls:

Note what these cover: visibility, engagement and ongoing document updates. None of them is a guarantee of a job, an interview, an employer reply or a salary. The precise conditions attach to each individual service, so read the service page and Schedule G rather than assuming a guarantee carries across to a different order.

Can I cancel AutoPilot or another recurring service?

Yes. Recurring services can be stopped, and the practical question is timing: cancelling ends future billing cycles, but it doesn’t undo activity already carried out in the cycle you’re in. If AutoPilot has been applying on your behalf all month, that month’s work has been performed.

Email us with your order reference before your next billing date, so it lands on the right cycle.

I bought a bundle. Can one part of it be refunded on its own?

Not automatically, and not as a matter of course. A bundle is priced as a combination, so removing one component doesn’t simply subtract its standalone price. The remaining services were never sold at their individual rates.

Where a bundle is partly delivered, the assessment looks at which components were performed and what the remainder is worth on its own. Raise it with your order reference and we’ll set out how your specific bundle has been treated.

What if I see a duplicate charge or a payment I do not recognise?

Contact us. Send the transaction date, the amount and the reference shown on your statement. Genuine duplicates and processing errors are straightforward to identify and resolve directly.

Service Delivery & Customer Concerns

Are completed digital services reversible?

That comes down to the nature of the service and the stage it’s reached, and the distinction matters before you order. A written document is an iterative deliverable: if it’s not right, it can be revised, which is why writing services are built around a revision mechanism. A transmission service is different in kind. Once your CV has been transmitted to independent recipients, that act has been performed and can’t be undone, because the material now sits with third parties outside our custody.

So the accurate answer is that services which can be refined are refined, and services which have been performed by transmission are treated as delivered at that point.

What happens after CV Distribution has been completed?

Your CV is in the market with the agreed audience, and the service has been performed in full.

Replies come straight to you from the employers and recruiters themselves. We pass on your details and then step out of the way, so there’s no middleman sitting between you and the conversation. It’s worth watching your spam folder over the following weeks, since employer mail lands there more often than people expect.

What happens if a service has already commenced?

We’ll tell you exactly what’s been performed and what hasn’t, and discuss the sensible way forward. A campaign that’s run for a week, a document in first draft, and a completed transmission are three very different positions, and it would be misleading to suggest they’re treated identically. Each is assessed on its own facts.

What happens with bundled services?

Bundles are assessed component by component, because the services within a bundle rarely reach the same stage at the same time. Your resume may be delivered while distribution hasn’t yet been executed and your AutoPilot campaign hasn’t yet started. We look at where each component actually stands.

Why do different services have different delivery processes?

Because they do fundamentally different things. Writing is iterative and improves through feedback. Distribution is a single executed act of transmission. AutoPilot is a continuing campaign measured over time. Applying identical handling to all three would misdescribe at least two of them.

How do I raise a payment or service-delivery concern?

Email info@cvwarehouseauto.com with your order reference, the service concerned and a clear description of the issue, including specifics where it relates to a document. Concerns are reviewed individually by reference to the service purchased, what was agreed at the outset, and the stage the work has reached. We’d always rather resolve a matter directly and quickly than have you escalate it elsewhere first.

The full contractual position is set out in our Terms of Service, and how we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Can I provide additional information after submitting my order?

Yes, and the earlier the better. Additional context can be incorporated into work not yet performed. Anything already transmitted or delivered stands, but for continuing services such as AutoPilot, new information can be applied to future activity.

What happens if my career circumstances change?

Tell us. If you accept an offer, change target market or shift direction, campaigns can be paused or retargeted, and documents can be updated within your update period. It’s far better to adjust a live service than to let it run against criteria you’ve moved on from.
