Terms of Service
The framework governing your use of CV Warehouse services, digital tools, career solutions and related platforms.
Effective Date: 10 December 2013 · Last Updated: 14 August 2026
1.Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between CV Warehouse and each User in relation to the Website, the Services and any Deliverables. They apply from the Effective Date stated above and constitute a binding agreement to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
You accept these Terms by any of the following: accessing or continuing to use the Website; creating an Account; placing an Order or purchasing any Service; commencing a Subscription; uploading Customer Content; authorising CV Warehouse to act on your behalf in connection with any Service; or continuing to use the Services following notification of amended Terms.
These Terms operate together with the Privacy Policy, the applicable refund and cancellation provisions, any service-specific schedules set out below, and any Order or service confirmation issued to you. Where a service-specific schedule or an express written service guarantee conflicts with the general provisions of these Terms in respect of the relevant Service, the service-specific provision shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency and only in respect of that Service.

The Services are intended for adults of working age who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations. By using the Services you represent that you satisfy the minimum age required under Applicable Law in your jurisdiction, that you have the authority to enter into these Terms (including, where you act for an organisation, authority to bind that organisation), and that the information you supply is accurate, current and complete.
You must not impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, submit fraudulent credentials, or request the preparation or distribution of documents containing qualifications, employment history or certifications that you do not genuinely hold. CV Warehouse may decline, suspend or discontinue the provision of Services to any person where legally permissible and where it acts reasonably in doing so.
4.Account Creation and Security
Certain Services require registration of an Account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and authentication factors, and for all activity conducted through your Account, save to the extent such activity results from a failure attributable to CV Warehouse.
You must notify us without undue delay of any suspected unauthorised access to or use of your Account. We may suspend or terminate an Account in the circumstances described in Section 28, and may require re-verification of identity where reasonably necessary to protect the Account or the integrity of the Services.
5.Description of Services
The Services made available by CV Warehouse may include, among other things:
- CV and résumé writing, editing, optimisation and ATS-oriented formatting;
- cover letter preparation;
- LinkedIn profile, visibility and authority services;
- CV Distribution;
- job-search assistance and AutoPilot job-search and application services;
- career consulting and career assessments;

- Digital Products, training, masterclasses and career resources; and
- such further career-related services as may be introduced from time to time.
The composition, scope, inclusions and delivery of Services vary by package, Order, market and availability, and are subject to service-specific terms. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance until an Order is accepted by CV Warehouse.
6.Service-Specific Terms
6.1 CV and Resume Services
CV and résumé Services are prepared on the basis of information supplied by the Customer. CV Warehouse applies professional drafting, structuring, positioning, wording, formatting and optimisation to present that information effectively. CV Warehouse does not create, verify, validate or certify qualifications, credentials, employment history or achievements, and no Deliverable may be represented as doing so. Responsibility for the factual accuracy of all statements contained in a Deliverable rests with the Customer, who is required to review and approve the final document. Revisions are provided in accordance with Schedule A. No employment outcome is guaranteed.
6.2 Cover Letter Services
Cover letters are prepared using information supplied by the Customer and, where applicable, customised to a role, employer or market. Delivery, revisions and approval follow Schedule A. The Customer is responsible for verifying factual content prior to use. Recruiter or Employer responses are not guaranteed.
6.3 LinkedIn Services
LinkedIn Services are performed on the Customer's authorisation and require the Customer to supply the information or access reasonably necessary for delivery. Such Services are performed in respect of an independent Third-Party Platform which CV Warehouse does not own, operate or control. Platform rules, policies, algorithms, features, ranking behaviour, account restrictions and availability are determined by that platform and may change without notice. Subject always to any express written service guarantee, engagement levels, visibility, profile performance and employment outcomes are not guaranteed. See Schedule B.
6.4 CV Distribution
CV Distribution is an exposure and outreach Service. Upon the Customer's authorisation, CV Warehouse transmits the Customer's CV and associated materials, using reasonable targeting efforts by market, industry and role, to Employers, Recruiters, databases and Third-Party Platforms. CV Distribution is not a hiring service and confers no guarantee that any particular Employer or Recruiter will receive, open, read, review, retain or respond to a CV, nor that any interview, offer or employment will result. Recipient databases are compiled from sources that may contain outdated, duplicated or inactive entries. Recipients act independently and their decisions are outside CV Warehouse's control. See Schedule C.
6.5 AutoPilot and Automated Job Search and Application Services
AutoPilot operates on criteria supplied and approved by the Customer, which may include target markets, positions, seniority, remuneration parameters and application preferences. Applications are submitted using application materials supplied or approved by the Customer, by means of automated processing supported by human review where the relevant Service so provides.
The Customer acknowledges that AutoPilot depends on Third-Party Platforms, Job Boards and Employer career portals; that such platforms impose technical restrictions, security controls, verification challenges, account requirements, rate limits and eligibility criteria which may prevent, delay or restrict submissions; that vacancies may be withdrawn, expire, be duplicated or be inaccurately listed by third parties; and that application volumes are estimates rather than committed quantities unless expressly stated in writing. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the criteria and materials supplied and may pause or terminate automation in accordance with these Terms. Automation does not confer control over Employer decisions, Job Board availability, Recruiter behaviour or hiring outcomes, and no interview, offer or employment is guaranteed. See Schedule D.
7.Customer Responsibilities
The Customer shall:
- supply accurate, complete and current information, and update it where it changes materially;
- review Deliverables and approve factual content before use;
- maintain the security and confidentiality of Account credentials;
- provide valid authorisations for any action requested of CV Warehouse, including distribution and applications;
- comply with Applicable Law and with the rules of any Third-Party Platform used in connection with the Services;
- refrain from submitting fraudulent, falsified or misleading documents or credentials;
- refrain from impersonation and from the unauthorised use of another person's information; and
- refrain from unlawful use or misuse of the Services.
8.Our Service Commitments
CV Warehouse undertakes to perform purchased Services with reasonable professional care and skill; to apply established internal workflows and quality processes; to communicate material information concerning the Service and its progress where reasonably practicable; to supply the agreed Deliverables in accordance with the applicable Order; to maintain reasonable operational and security safeguards; and to handle Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law. We keep our methodologies, tools and service standards under continuous review.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, in a service-specific schedule or in an express written service guarantee, CV Warehouse does not undertake that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, nor that any particular response time, outcome or result will be achieved.
9.Employment or Career Outcome Guarantee Details
Unless an express written service guarantee applicable to a specific Service states otherwise, and then only to the extent expressly stated, CV Warehouse does not guarantee employment; interviews; job offers; promotions; salary increases or any particular remuneration; Recruiter or Employer responses; LinkedIn or platform engagement; any number of applications, responses or interviews; hiring decisions; career advancement; placement with any particular Employer; or immigration or visa outcomes.
Employment and engagement decisions rest exclusively with Employers, Recruiters and other independent third parties and are affected by market conditions, competition, timing and criteria outside CV Warehouse's control. Where an express written service guarantee applies to a Service, it governs only to the extent expressly stated therein and shall not be construed as creating any broader employment or career-outcome guarantee.
10.Customer Content and Personal Information
As between the parties, the Customer retains ownership of Customer Content. The Customer grants CV Warehouse a non-exclusive licence to host, process, format, edit, reorganise, adapt and transmit Customer Content to the extent necessary to perform the Services, including submission to Employers, Recruiters and Third-Party Platforms at the Customer's instruction.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Content and warrants that it holds the authority, consents or other lawful basis required to supply any third-party information (for example, referees or employer contacts). Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory or otherwise prohibited under Section 20 must not be supplied. Personal Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11.Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in the Website and its Content, together with CV Warehouse's trademarks, trade names, logos, branding, designs, templates, software, databases, methodologies, assessment instruments, scoring systems, tools, algorithms, proprietary workflows, graphics, videos, training materials, written content, documentation and proprietary systems, remain the exclusive property of CV Warehouse or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of such proprietary materials.
This Section does not affect the Customer's ownership of Customer Content, nor the licence granted to the Customer under Section 12 in respect of Deliverables prepared for that Customer.
12.Licence to Use Deliverables
Subject to payment in full, CV Warehouse grants the Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use Deliverables prepared for that Customer for personal career, job-search and professional purposes, including submission to Employers, Recruiters and platforms, and including reasonable internal business use where the Deliverable was purchased for an organisation.
The Customer shall not resell, sublicense, publish or commercially distribute CV Warehouse's proprietary templates, methodologies, assessment instruments, scoring systems, tools or systems; reproduce or reverse engineer proprietary software, algorithms or workflows; or use Deliverables to develop a competing service.
13.Payments and Pricing
Prices are those displayed or quoted at the time of Order, in the currency indicated, and may be subject to taxes, duties, bank charges or currency-conversion costs applied by the Customer's payment provider, which are the Customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise. By submitting payment details you authorise the charge for the relevant Order.
Payments are processed by independent payment processors under their own terms. Where a payment fails, is reversed or is declined, CV Warehouse may suspend or withhold the Service. Prices may change prospectively; changes do not affect Orders already accepted. Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons and offers are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited in time or quantity, and may not be combined unless expressly permitted. Where a price is displayed in error, CV Warehouse may, acting reasonably and where permitted by Applicable Law, decline or cancel the affected Order and refund any amount paid.
14.Subscriptions and Recurring Services
Subscriptions are supplied for the Service Period and billed at the frequency stated at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, Subscriptions renew automatically for successive Service Periods until cancelled in accordance with these Terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current Service Period unless Applicable Law or the applicable schedule provides otherwise, and does not, of itself, entitle the Customer to a refund of amounts already charged for a commenced Service Period, subject always to non-excludable statutory rights. Where a trial is offered, its terms are those stated at the point of purchase. Failed payments may result in suspension. See Schedule F.
15.Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by this Section, by Schedule G and by any service-specific provisions, which together determine eligibility. Our Frequently Asked Questions page is published as practical guidance only and does not vary these Terms. Refund treatment ordinarily differs between Services that have not been commenced, Services partially performed, Services completed, Digital Products to which access has been granted, and Subscriptions. Duplicate payments are refundable on verification. Where a chargeback is initiated without first affording CV Warehouse a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter, CV Warehouse may suspend Services pending resolution. Nothing in this Section limits rights of cancellation or refund conferred by Applicable Law which cannot lawfully be excluded. See Schedule G.
16.Revisions and Customer Approval
The number of included revisions, the revision window and the scope of what constitutes a revision are stated in the applicable Order or schedule. A revision means refinement of a Deliverable within its original scope and instructions; material changes of direction, newly supplied information, or changes to the target role or market may constitute additional work chargeable at prevailing rates. Where a Customer does not provide feedback within the stated revision window, the Deliverable may be treated as approved and the Service as complete, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law and without prejudice to any non-excludable statutory rights.
17.Delivery and Completion
Delivery periods communicated by CV Warehouse are good-faith estimates and are not of the essence unless a specific Service expressly provides a committed timeframe. Express or priority delivery is available only where expressly offered and purchased. Delivery timelines are extended by any period of delay attributable to the Customer, including missing information, delayed feedback or absent authorisations, and by delays caused by third parties or technical events beyond CV Warehouse's reasonable control. Deliverables are supplied digitally. Where a Customer becomes unresponsive for an extended period, CV Warehouse may treat the Order as dormant and complete or close it in accordance with the applicable schedule.
18.Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Services interoperate with Third-Party Platforms and Third-Party Services, including professional networks, Job Boards, recruitment platforms, payment processors, cloud and hosting providers, email and communications providers, analytics providers and AI providers. Such parties are independent of CV Warehouse and operate under their own terms, privacy policies, fees, account requirements, technical restrictions, availability limitations and enforcement practices, which may change without notice.
CV Warehouse does not control Third-Party Platforms and, to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, is not responsible for their acts, omissions, decisions, outages, policy changes or data-handling practices. Your use of any Third-Party Platform is governed by that party's terms, which you are responsible for reviewing.
19.AI and Automated Technologies
CV Warehouse employs AI-assisted and automated technologies in the delivery of certain Services, including for content generation and drafting support, résumé and profile optimisation, analysis and classification, job matching and recommendation, workflow automation, data processing and quality assistance. Third-party AI and technology providers may be engaged for these purposes.
Automated outputs are probabilistic and assistive in nature. They may contain inaccuracies, omissions or formulations requiring correction, and are not professional, legal, immigration or career advice. Material outputs are subject to human review where the relevant Service so provides. The Customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving factual content before use. Automated processing does not determine hiring outcomes and does not guarantee employment. Where Applicable Law confers a right to request human review of automated processing that materially affects you, such requests may be submitted under Section 44.
20.Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Website or Services to or in connection with:
- fraud, deception or the creation or use of false credentials or falsified documents;
- impersonation of any person, or misuse of another person's identity or information;
- introduction of malicious software or interference with the operation or security of any system;
- unauthorised access, penetration testing, scraping, harvesting or automated extraction of Content;
- reverse engineering, decompilation or derivation of proprietary systems, algorithms or methodologies;
- abuse of promotions, referrals, trials, credits or refund mechanisms;
- resale or commercial redistribution of the Services without authorisation;
- representation of yourself as CV Warehouse or as an authorised representative;
- infringement of intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party; or
- any unlawful activity or breach of Third-Party Platform rules.
21.Reviews, Testimonials and Feedback
Reviews and testimonials are voluntary. CV Warehouse does not require, condition any Service upon, or offer consideration for the provision of positive reviews. Where you provide a testimonial or review and authorise its use, CV Warehouse may publish it, in whole or in fairly summarised part, in connection with its marketing; such authorisation may be withdrawn prospectively by contacting us, and we will action removal within a reasonable period where reasonably practicable. Suggestions, ideas and feedback concerning the Services may be used by CV Warehouse without restriction or obligation, save that such use shall not identify you without your authorisation.
22.Communications
CV Warehouse sends transactional and service communications, including Order confirmations, delivery notifications, Account notices, security notices and support correspondence. These are necessary to the performance of the Services and are not marketing communications. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted by Applicable Law and may be declined at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting us. Where Applicable Law permits, you consent to receive communications electronically.
23.Privacy and Personal Data
Personal Information is collected, used, disclosed, transferred, retained and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law. The Privacy Policy addresses, among other matters, the categories of information processed, international transfers, service providers, retention, security, individual rights and the allocation of controller and processor roles across different Services.
24.Confidentiality
Each party shall treat as confidential the non-public information of the other party disclosed in connection with the Services, including Customer CV and career information, business information and CV Warehouse's internal processes and materials, and shall not disclose it save: to personnel and service providers bound by confidentiality obligations and on a need-to-know basis; as required by Applicable Law, regulation or a competent authority; as necessary to perform the Services on the Customer's instruction; or where the information is or becomes publicly available otherwise than through breach of this Section.
25.Security
CV Warehouse maintains technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature and risk of the processing, including access controls, authentication measures, monitoring and incident-management procedures, and relies on reputable infrastructure providers. No system, transmission or storage method can be warranted as absolutely secure. The Customer is responsible for credential security under Section 4. Security incidents are managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.
26.Service Availability
CV Warehouse endeavours to make the Website and Services available on a continuous basis but does not warrant uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended or limited for scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, network or internet disruption, third-party outages, hosting incidents, cyber incidents, security measures or events described in Section 36. Where reasonably practicable, CV Warehouse will seek to limit the duration and impact of any interruption and, where material and where reasonably practicable, to notify affected Customers.
27.Service Modifications
CV Warehouse may, acting reasonably and subject to Applicable Law, introduce new Services, modify or improve existing Services, add or withdraw features, revise workflows, replace integrations or technology providers, and update pricing prospectively. Where a modification would materially and adversely affect a Service already purchased and not yet delivered, CV Warehouse will, where reasonably practicable, supply a materially equivalent Service or offer a proportionate remedy. This Section does not permit CV Warehouse to avoid contractual obligations already accrued in respect of an accepted Order.
28.Suspension and Termination
CV Warehouse may suspend or terminate access to the Website, an Account or a Service, in whole or in part, where permitted by Applicable Law and acting reasonably, in circumstances including: non-payment or payment reversal; fraud or suspected fraud; abuse of the Services or of personnel; material or repeated breach of these Terms; unlawful activity; material security risk; requirements imposed by a Third-Party Platform; or material risk of harm to CV Warehouse, its customers or third parties. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, CV Warehouse will notify the Customer and, where the breach is capable of remedy, allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it.
The Customer may terminate by closing their Account or cancelling a Subscription in accordance with Section 14 and the applicable schedules, without prejudice to amounts properly due and to any non-excludable statutory cancellation rights.
29.Effect of Termination
On termination: access to the Account and Services ceases; amounts properly due remain payable; Deliverables already supplied remain licensed to the Customer under Section 12; and information is retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law. Sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, customer responsibilities accrued prior to termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and dispute resolution survive termination, together with any other provision which by its nature is intended to survive.
30.Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, and subject always to Section 42 and to any express written service guarantee, the Website, Services and Deliverables are supplied without warranties, conditions or representations other than those expressly set out in these Terms. In particular, CV Warehouse gives no warranty as to: career, hiring, interview, remuneration, immigration or visa outcomes; the decisions, responses, timing or conduct of Employers, Recruiters or other third parties; the availability, accuracy, completeness or continuity of Third-Party Platforms, Job Boards or vacancy listings; the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by the Customer; the outputs of automated or AI-assisted processing; the content or practices of external websites; or uninterrupted, timely or error-free operation of the Website.
31.Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
Subject to the paragraph above and to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, CV Warehouse shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss; loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings or business; loss of opportunity, including loss of an employment or career opportunity or anticipated salary; reputational loss; loss or corruption of data not caused by CV Warehouse's breach; loss arising from the acts, omissions or decisions of Employers, Recruiters or other third parties; loss arising from changes to, restrictions imposed by, or unavailability of Third-Party Platforms or Job Boards; loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete or unlawful information supplied by the Customer; or loss arising from technical interruptions or events described in Section 36.
Subject to the first paragraph of this Section, and to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, CV Warehouse's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to CV Warehouse for that Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Where Applicable Law does not permit such a limitation, liability shall be limited to the minimum extent so permitted.
32.Indemnification
To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Customer shall indemnify CV Warehouse against reasonable losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from third-party claims to the extent caused by: the Customer's breach of these Terms; the supply of false, falsified or misleading information or credentials; the Customer's unlawful activity or misuse of the Services; infringement of third-party rights by Customer Content; or the supply of another person's information without the requisite authority. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim arises from CV Warehouse's own breach, negligence or unlawful act, and CV Warehouse shall notify the Customer promptly of any claim and not settle it without the Customer's consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
33.Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve concerns directly and promptly. The following escalation applies without prejudice to any right to pursue a remedy available under Applicable Law:
- the Customer submits the complaint to CV Warehouse using the contact details in Section 44, with relevant particulars;
- CV Warehouse acknowledges and reviews the complaint and responds within a reasonable period;
- the parties allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution, including discussion of a proportionate remedy;
- where the matter remains unresolved, the parties may agree to mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution; and
- failing resolution, either party may pursue the formal dispute mechanism available under the governing law and jurisdiction identified in Section 34.
34.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, applicable international law.
Nothing in this Section deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which that consumer is habitually resident, nor of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where Applicable Law so provides.
35.International Users
The Services are made available across the GCC and international markets. Laws, consumer protections, employment practices and platform availability differ between jurisdictions. Certain Services, features, pricing or payment methods may be unavailable, restricted or unsuitable in particular jurisdictions. CV Warehouse does not represent that the Services, or any Content, are appropriate, lawful or available for use in every jurisdiction, and Users who access the Services do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with Applicable Law in their jurisdiction.
36.Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance (other than an obligation to pay amounts due) caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters and severe weather; epidemic or public-health measures; war, armed conflict, terrorism or civil disturbance; governmental or regulatory action; labour disputes; failure or interruption of power, telecommunications, internet or infrastructure; major technical failure; cyber incidents including denial-of-service or ransomware events; and failures of third-party platforms, hosting or service providers. The affected party shall notify the other where reasonably practicable and shall use reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effect and resume performance.
37.Notices
Notice may be given by CV Warehouse by email to the address associated with the Account, by notification within the Account or Services, or by posting on the Website where the notice is of general application. The Customer shall give notice using the contact details in Section 44. Customers are responsible for maintaining current and accurate contact details; notices sent to the address last supplied are deemed received in accordance with Applicable Law.
38.Assignment
CV Warehouse may assign, novate, transfer or subcontract its rights and obligations, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation or transfer of business or assets, provided such transfer does not materially diminish the Customer's rights under these Terms. The Customer may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations without CV Warehouse's prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
39.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
40.Waiver
No failure or delay by either party in exercising a right or remedy constitutes a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, and no single or partial exercise precludes further exercise. A waiver is effective only if given in writing and applies only to the circumstance for which it is given.
41.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the applicable refund and cancellation provisions, the service schedules below, the applicable Order or service confirmation, any Subscription terms and any other document expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of their subject matter and supersede prior discussions and representations, save that nothing excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
42.Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty or remedy conferred by Applicable Law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where any provision of these Terms would have such an effect, it shall be read down to the minimum extent necessary to give effect to those rights. Consumers may have additional statutory rights, including in relation to cancellation, refunds, conformity of services and dispute resolution, which operate in addition to these Terms.
43.Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in CV Warehouse's Services, technology, operational practices or legal requirements. The Last Updated date above indicates the most recent revision. Where a change is material, CV Warehouse will, where reasonably practicable and where required by Applicable Law, provide notice through the Services or by other appropriate means before it takes effect. Amended Terms apply to Orders placed and Services supplied after the applicable effective date and, where legally appropriate, to continued use of the Services. Where a material change would adversely affect a Subscription, the Customer may cancel in accordance with Section 14.
44.Contact Information
Enquiries relating to these Terms may be directed to the contact point below, marked for the attention of the relevant team:
Service Schedules
The following schedules contain operational provisions specific to individual Services. They form part of these Terms and prevail over the general provisions to the extent of any inconsistency in respect of the Service to which they relate.
Schedule A — CV & Resume Services
This Schedule governs CV and résumé writing, editing, optimisation, ATS-oriented formatting and cover letters. The Customer supplies career information and any target role or market context. CV Warehouse prepares the Deliverable applying professional drafting, structuring, keyword positioning and formatting.
Included revisions and the revision window are stated in the applicable Order. Revisions refine the Deliverable within its original scope; changes of direction or newly supplied material may be chargeable. The Customer must review the Deliverable and confirm the accuracy of all factual statements before use. CV Warehouse does not verify or certify qualifications or employment history. ATS behaviour varies between employers and systems and is not standardised; optimisation is performed on prevailing good practice and no particular parsing result, ranking or response is guaranteed.
Schedule B — LinkedIn Services
LinkedIn profile optimisation, visibility, content and authority services are supplied on the terms set out below. The Customer authorises CV Warehouse to perform the Service and supplies the information or access reasonably required. The Customer remains the account holder and is responsible for compliance with the platform's terms.
The platform is operated by an independent third party. Its policies, algorithms, features, ranking behaviour, verification requirements, restrictions and availability are outside CV Warehouse's control and may change without notice, which may affect visibility or delivery. Account restrictions imposed by the platform, including those arising from the Customer's own activity, are matters between the Customer and the platform. Subject to any express written service guarantee, engagement, impressions, connections, profile views, recruiter contact and employment outcomes are not guaranteed.
Service period for the Go Viral package. The Go Viral package at AED 1,000 covers an initial service period of 30 days from the date the Service commences. On request, that period may be extended up to a total of three months, subject to agreement at the time of the request. Any extension is applied to the same package and does not alter the scope of work described in the applicable Order. Where the Service is supplied on a renewing basis, the renewal terms stated at the point of purchase apply, and the Customer may cancel future renewals in accordance with Section 14.
Schedule C — CV Distribution
The distribution of a Customer's CV to Employers, Recruiters, databases and Third-Party Platforms is governed by this Schedule. By ordering CV Distribution, the Customer authorises and instructs CV Warehouse to transmit and disclose the CV and associated materials for that purpose, and confirms the accuracy and lawfulness of their content.
Targeting is performed on a reasonable-efforts basis using the market, industry, seniority and role parameters agreed with the Customer. Recipient databases are compiled from sources maintained by third parties and may contain inactive, outdated, duplicated or reassigned contacts; delivery to any specific organisation or individual is therefore not guaranteed. Recipients act independently: whether a CV is received, opened, reviewed, retained, forwarded or acted upon is determined by the recipient. Distribution volumes indicate reach, not responses. No interview, response, offer or employment outcome is guaranteed. Once transmitted, a disclosure cannot be recalled; deletion requests must be directed to the recipient concerned.
Schedule D — AutoPilot Job Search & Application Services
Automated and AI-assisted job-search and application Services operate on the terms set out below. The Customer specifies and approves the search criteria, including target markets, roles, seniority, remuneration parameters and application preferences, and supplies or approves the application materials. The Customer authorises CV Warehouse to identify vacancies and submit applications on their behalf in accordance with those criteria, and may vary, pause or terminate the authorisation on reasonable notice.
Applications are submitted through Job Boards, recruitment platforms and Employer career portals operated by independent third parties. Those platforms impose technical restrictions, verification and security controls, account requirements, rate limits and eligibility criteria which may prevent, delay, restrict or reverse submissions. Vacancies may be withdrawn, expire, be duplicated, be reposted or be inaccurately described by third parties. Application volumes stated in service descriptions are estimates based on typical availability of matching vacancies and are not committed quantities unless expressly stated in writing; availability of matching roles depends on market conditions.
Automated processing is supported by human review where the relevant Service so provides. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of criteria and materials and should review applications and communications received. CV Warehouse does not control Employer decisions, Recruiter conduct, Job Board availability or hiring outcomes, and no interview, offer or employment is guaranteed.
Schedule E — Career Assessments & Digital Tools
Assessments, calculators, tests, indices and similar digital instruments are supplied subject to this Schedule. These are provided for informational, educational and self-development purposes and use automated scoring and comparative models.
Results are indicative and depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information entered and on the conditions in which the instrument is completed. They do not constitute psychological, medical, clinical, financial, legal, immigration or professional diagnosis or advice, are not a substitute for professional assessment, and do not measure suitability for any particular role or predict hiring outcomes. Calculators provide estimates only and do not constitute a statement of legal entitlement; entitlements depend on Applicable Law and the terms of the relevant contract. Access to Digital Products is granted for the period and on the terms stated at the point of purchase.
Schedule F — Subscriptions
Where a Service is supplied on a recurring basis, the following provisions apply. Billing frequency, Service Period and included scope are those stated at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive Service Periods unless cancelled before the end of the then-current Service Period.
Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current Service Period; access continues until then. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of the Subscription and, where not remedied within a reasonable period, termination. Price changes apply from the next Service Period following notice. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid Subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends, as stated at the point of purchase. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected.
Schedule G — Refund & Cancellation Rules
This Schedule governs refunds and cancellations and should be read together with Section 15. Service-specific provisions may apply, and the applicable treatment ordinarily depends on whether work has commenced, the proportion of work performed, whether Deliverables have been supplied, whether access to a Digital Product has been granted, and whether the Service is a Subscription.
Where an express written service guarantee applies to a Service, the remedy stated in that guarantee applies on its stated conditions and is the applicable remedy for the matters it covers. Duplicate or erroneous payments are refunded on verification. Statutory cancellation and refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected by this Schedule.
Schedule H — Business & Recruiter Services
This Schedule applies where Services are supplied to an organisation, employer or recruitment intermediary, including recruitment-related services, organisational assessments and diagnostic tools.
The organisation warrants that it has the authority and lawful basis to supply any personal information relating to its personnel, candidates or contacts, and that it will comply with Applicable Law, including data-protection and employment law, in its use of any Deliverable or output. Where CV Warehouse processes personal information on the documented instructions of the organisation, the parties' respective roles are as described in the Privacy Policy and, where required, in a separate data-processing agreement. Outputs are decision-support materials only; the organisation remains solely responsible for its employment, engagement and personnel decisions and for ensuring their lawfulness and fairness.
